If after 60 days of wagering your withdrawals exceed your deposits you will be considered a lifetime winning account. A winning account will be considered a non-recreational gambler and your wagers will not count towards VIP Rewards Plan points.
Only active depositing accounts will qualify for VIP Rewards Plan points.
Non-North American accounts are not eligible for VIP Rewards Plan merchandise.
Game play in European Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat does not qualify for reward points earning on any level.
VIP Rewards Plan points redeemed for cash must be rolled over three (3) times prior to withdrawal.
Once your wagering account has become Dormant (no activity for 12 months) your VIP Rewards Plan points will expire.
Any player considered to be abusing the VIP Rewards Plan program in any way may have their rewards points revoked at the discretion of management.
Please note that management reserves the right to disable the rewards accounts of any player at any time. If management deems play to be manipulative of the bonus/rewards system, or non-recreational, they reserve the right to close the rewards account and/or remove any previously unredeemed rewards balance. Players are not permitted to withdraw funds derived from rewards redemptions unless they have made a successful deposit within 30 days prior to said rewards redemption(s).
